• Customer interaction: Actively handle incoming enquiries and proactively contact potential customers.
• Sales support: Assist in preparing quotes and developing presentations that resonate.
• Database and metrics management: Manage customer data and analyse sales metrics to ideantify trends.
• Order processing: Support the administrative process of order processing.
• Content creation and campaigns: Create content for various marketing campaigns.
• Customer feedback and relationship management: Actively gather feedback and maintain key relationships.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Passion for sustainability, innovation, and technology.
• Experience in an internal sales or customer-facing role.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to multi-task.
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
• Team player with a customer-oriented attitude and a proactive approach.
• Language skills: Dutch – very good, English – very good
